1KOMMA5° OS is B2b Order Management tool for planning and executing installations and service visits. It is with over 3000 users in Germany and European branches of 1KOMMA5°. As a central place for all the operations OS has the importance for the business to reflect up to date data for all the installations and help Order manager run their workflows smoothly.
1KOMMA5° had a big business intelligence gap in knowing how the Orders were steered by their branches across Germany. Business lacked essential layer optimising processes in operations.
Uncertain processes led to the problem of not making sure business runs in most efficent way or how processes can be optimised
Conducting and shadowing Order Fullfillment teams, brought the perspective why current tooling solutions made it difficult for Order managers. Operations teams needed a reliable way to track orders, production status, inventory, and dispatch activities in one place.
The existing workflow lacked visibility across departments, leading to delays, duplicate work, and inconsistent reporting
The existing workflows weren't built for operational businesses changing needs, leading to multiple disconnected tools, manual reconciliation, and zero real-time reporting.
