OS is B2b Order Management tool of 1KOMMA5°, with over 600 users in Germany and other European branches uses the tool to fullfillment and install customer orders and meter replacement needs.

CONTEXT
I worked in multiple areas of the product with the PM and engineering team, owning the user experience and delivery of the new features as well as help release the product and measuring the usage.

Solar and heatpump planning and installation processes involves concurrent workflows. Also installation process requires throughout documentation.
Developed the idea and delivered a tool to the users for managing Operational workflow that bests tailored to their own needs.
Scaling business with
Service offering
By the end of 2024 1K5 started to offer Service products for customers who already have Solar system installed.
To achieve full filling this new offering I worked with the team to solve how might our system support this type of orders and design the process around it.
