About Comgy
Comgy offers cloud based multi-metering operating system and modules for buildings. Real Estate and Housing Management companies within Germany and Europe uses the system to extract and visualise building energy consumption data.
As part of this system there is a core module that handles metering devices procurement and distribution. Real Estate Management companies uses the module in order to manage, monitor and report installation process together with Device Installation business they subcontract.

Simplifying the Order management Process
Designing the user flows for 2 main actors was the most important for the new orders system.
These 2 actors are in most simplistic way to put it, 1st person who creates orders and 2nd person who takes care
of the orders.
As a principle of staying away from personas and trying to simplify the use cases. This part of the process was most debated and precious. As abstract and further we went away from any user role we manage to make the solution simpler and hybrid.
