SOLUTION IDEATION
Defining Main Flows Through User Needs
Comgy offers cloud based multi-metering operating system and modules for buildings. Real Estate and Housing Management companies within Germany and Europe uses the system to extract and visualise building energy consumption data.
As part of this system lies a core module that handles metering devices procurement and distribution. Real Estate Management companies uses the module in order to manage, monitor and report installation process together with Device Installation business they subcontract.

About Quandoo
This is a project about new a restaurant business product created by the team in Quandoo. The team was focusing on the problems within legacy products and delivering valuable MVP for customers whom are looking for an immediate solution.
RESEARCH
Product Market Analysis
I have done a competitive analysis prior to user research to discover theareas competitors trying to make an impact.This achieved the goal of finding out the industry-standard benchmark.As well as, determining stakeholder goals for differentiating our product in the market.
User Research and Problem Definition
Restauranteurs we interviewed in a contextual set up the qualitative background for the team.

RESULTS
Outcome and Learnings
We could manage to make an impact with Book in a way that restaurants started to use Quandoo products to streamline reservations into their restaurants. However, we were unable to measure further since between release
and the pandemic hit on the restaurant industry was in parallel. We were able to get feedback from our sales account manager that signed-up users were at the engagement level with
the product.
Creating MVP Roadmap
Creating a product and design roadmap prior to starting any part of the project helped
us to estimate better efforts and give realistic deadlines to the rest of the team.

Responsive Designs
We worked on mobile design as we started. And after more usability testing and interview rounds we quickly priorities responsive designs for tablet and desktop webapp.
